It all depends on your needs
The staff provided really good service, addressing our luggage issue efficiently. The room had fine views of Mount Meru, and the comfortable amenities.
The dinner buffet didn't meet expectations, with high prices that felt unjustified given the quality.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Paid gbp 1586. The most important - amazing and marvellous location in the middle of the city.
Rubbish in the room.

Simply stunning and beautiful place, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here.
Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a mountain view and modern design, as example; everyone is welcome here. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurants, In Arusha, and the mountain.

All the staff were so friendly and cute. Our room had fine views of Mount Meru and was equipped with modern amenities like a cozy king-size bed and a large LCD TV. The pool area was perfect. The onsite cafe served fantastic coffee sourced from their own plantation.
The dinner buffet was not worth the price.

My stay was fantastic! The rooftop views during sunset were amazing, and the spa treatment I received was heavenly. I did find the drinks by the pool to be too weak.

Everything was on point! The rooftop bar for sunset drinks was a must, but the cocktails could use a little more kick. Plus, the pool had fine views. Don't miss the on-site cafe for their delicious coffee from their own plantation!

missingWrote a review on 26 Junexcellent viewscomfortable beddingspacious poolfood quality
The Beautiful Double Room with City View offered excellent views and comfy bedding for a restful night. The hotel features a vast pool area.
Dinner options left much to be desired. The buffet was overpriced and not worth it. The quality of food at the restaurants fell short too, as the grill options didn't impress, and breakfast items were often cold or lacking freshness. The bed felt excessively firm for my liking, which may not suit everyone's preference.
