It all depends on your needs
The staff provided exceptional service, addressing our luggage issue efficiently. The room had stunning views of Mount Meru, and the comfortable amenities made our stay remarkable.
The dinner buffet didn’t meet expectations, with high prices that felt unjustified given the quality.

The Gran Melia Arusha provided an amazing stay! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room had stunning views of Mount Meru and was equipped with modern amenities like a cozy king-size bed and a large LCD TV. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The onsite cafe served fantastic coffee sourced from their own plantation.
The dinner buffet was not worth the price.

Everything was on point! The rooftop bar for sunset drinks was a must, but the cocktails could use a little more kick. Plus, the pool had stunning views, making it a perfect place to unwind. Don't miss the on-site cafe for their delicious coffee from their own plantation!

The Deluxe Double Room with City View offered impressive views and comfy bedding for a restful night. The hotel features a vast pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.
Dinner options left much to be desired. the buffet was overpriced and not worth it. The quality of food at the restaurants fell short too, as the grill options didn’t impress, and breakfast items were often cold or lacking freshness. Additionally, the bed felt excessively firm for my liking, which may not suit everyone's preference.
